1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bdt19 platform — including its website, any associated mobile interface, games, betting markets, or any other service offered under the bdt19 brand — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the bdt19 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 3. Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted to hold one bdt19 account only. Opening multiple accounts — or using an account registered in another person's name — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. When registering, players must use their own identity details, including full name, date of birth, and mobile number, matching the payment method they will use for deposits and withdrawals.

bdt19 may at its discretion require any player to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before processing a withdrawal or as part of a routine account review. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bdt19 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. bdt19 reserves the right to apply per-account or per-method deposit limits at its discretion.
• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

bdt19 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Fees charged by the player's own payment provider — for example bKash or Nagad mobile transaction charges — are outside bdt19's control and are the player's responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time bdt19 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer at the time it is made available:

• Bonuses are credited in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion. Unless stated otherwise, they are held in the bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal is permitted.

bdt19 employs active fraud detection and account monitoring. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts closed immediately and any balances — including deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited pending investigation.

7. Game Rules and Outcomes

All games on bdt19 are governed by the individual rules set by the relevant game developer or provider. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before wagering. bdt19 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from a player's use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss resulting from technical failures beyond bdt19's reasonable control. bdt19's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
